#36 Explosive Medball Throws

Medicine ball throws are a great way to develop power.  They are safer relatively compared to olympic lifts.  They are much easier to learn so it makes time spent training used efficiently.  A great way to incorporate medicine ball throws in training is utilizing them with sprints.  After you throw the ball you will have to sprint up to the ball and repeat the throw.  This will keep your heart rate up while you get to work on your explosive strength.
