#39 Build Explosive Hips

Broad Jumps are great to build explosive strength.  If I work with athletes that do not rely on vertical jump such as basketball players, I chose to focus more on broad jumps.   This exercise in video below is a demonstration of broad jumps with a band.  This is a fantastic way to mix it up and develop a explosive strength.  If done right, you will be surprised how explosive you will become from this exercise.
