We all know that to achieve stronger pushing muscles we need to work on pulling muscles as well. I think it is safe to say to push explosively, additional to explosive pushing exercises we can benefit from explosive pulling exercises.
There are so many good explosive pushing exercises out there. Slamball medicine ball bench throws, clapping push ups, medicine ball chest throws/passes, explosive plyometric push ups and many more. There are not many explosive pulling exercises one can work on. Video below is a great to work on explosive pulling.
