#43 Rope Climbing Tip

I am a huge advocate of rope climbing and while I was checking out Joe Defranco's workout videos I could not help to notice the exercise in image above.  Rope Climbs with medicine ball between feet is a great exercise to challenge your core.  You will notice your core will work extra hard while you are moving to stop the continuous momentum of the ball going in the direction your body is moving.   Your abs will be burning in no time.  Have fun and be safe!
