The tire rotational wall slams is a great way to build rotational power. If you have a spare tire you can do exercises like this and many more. Tires are great for throwing exercises, sled dragging and body weight exercises. You can always use them for sledge hammering as well. If you have a tire, sledge hammer and a log you could have tons of exercises to perform without having to pay a gym membership.
