#64 Partner Squats Followed By Hill Sprints

This one is a pretty awesome workout to develop power.   Basically you shoulder your partner and complete 5-10  squats (Depending on his or her weight) followed by 100 feet hill sprints.  You should try to build up to 5-10 rounds.   This is a great workout to build power and it is similar to contrast training methods.   People usually perform heavy squats followed box jumps as a contrast training method to develop lower body power which is great but I think this workout is  just a different way to stimulate your fast twitch muscles in order to  generate some power.
