#83 Plyometric Hip Flexion Exercise

This exercise is great hip flexion exercise by swing this kettlebell and Fundamental Strength. This exercises builds explosive strength in quadriceps, psoas and abdominals.  You can slowly increase the height of the pads you are jumping on.  This is a great exercise to balance out the lower body.  Everyone thinks pushing and pulling when balancing comes to mind, however the lower body needs to be balanced to reach maximum athletic potential.
