#87 Complex Power Drill

This exercise is a great one to build explosive strength in the entire body.  The athlete has to perform a explosive chest throw with a 25lbs-50lbs medicine ball and get back on his feet before the medicine ball bounces off the floor twice.  This is extremely difficult.  More powerful you throw the medicine ball up in the air, more difficult it gets to get off the floor.   Try 3-5 Sets of 8-10 reps with 30 seconds of rest between rounds
