Rotator Cuff Exercise #2

This exercise is a another rotator cuff building exercise.

Key Points

  1. Stand Up Erect Keeping the Natural Curvature of spine.  Squeeze glues and abs.
  2. Keep arm bent at elbow.
  3. Keep Shoulder and Elbow aligned at all times through out the exercise.
  4. Feet shoulder width apart and parallel to each other.
