Apple Cider Vinager Drink
One of my favorite drinks in the winter and fall is a hot cup of apple cider vinegar drink. Apple cider vinegar is one of the healthiest things on the planet and is one of the most used ingredients for home remedies. It has numerous benefits and they range from weight loss, lowering cholesterol, aiding digestion, keeping the body alkaline, clearing acne, preventing bad breath. Apple Cider Vinegar is a super healthy addition to your diet. The samurai was known for for drinking apple cider vinegar for healing, strength and endurance. It was also documented that Roman soldiers used it for strength and endurance as well. I think it is best when you can make your own apple cider vinegar but if you don't have time for this bragg's organic raw apple cider vinegar is a good choice.
8 Ounces of warm spring water
8 Ounces of Fresh Squeezed apple Juice. (You can also blend your warm water with one apple in a vitamix.)
2 Tablespoons of Raw unfiltered Bragg's organic Apple Cider Vinegar,
1/2 Tablespoon of Organic Cinnamon
1 Tablespoon of Raw Honey
This is a fun drink to get your daily apple cider dose. It is always great to add apple cider vinegar to salads. My fiance's grandfather used it to take apple cider vinegar baths for detox and other health benefits. He grew up in the Soviet Union and studied the Slavic Health Systems his whole life. He was known for running in snow with nothing but a speedo and carving holes in ice lakes for cold water immersing. He believed running on snow with bare feet increased mental toughness and was very healthy for the mind. There were many things he did as part of his health regimen and soaking in apple cider vinegar baths was one of his favorites. For bathing in apple cider vinegar you should use about 1 cup per bath. If you are pregnant you should consult your health care provider prior to a apple cider vinegar bath.
