Ryron Gracie Smoothie

Below is a great smoothie by Ryron Gracie.  I prepare this smoothie if I plan to workout in the morning and I need something easy to digest.  It will keep you full for hours.

Ingredients:

3 Bananas

1 Papaya

1 Cantaloupe

You must juice a portion of the cantaloupe in order to have sufficient amount of juice to use to blend the bananas and the papayas.   This is a great juicing/blending tip that can be implemented with all smoothies.
