Taste wise, this one is not the most "awesome smoothie" but below is the recipe of Ronda Rousey's green smoothie which will deliver!
- 2-3 cups of alkalized water.
- A handful of Cilantro.
- A handful of Parsley.
- One ice cube of wheatgrass. (Ronda does not add it in this video but it's usually a part of this smoothie)
- Broccoli Sprouts. (Sometimes sprouts can have E.coli if not prepared well so only use trusted brands or make it yourself.)
