Five Tibetan Rites is a group of 5 exercises that are documented to be more than 2,500 years old. These exercises were documented by Peter Kelder in 1939 in his book called "The Eye of Revelation"
These exercises are similar to yoga poses. They should be done in the sequence shown in video below.
Peter Kelter in his book writes about a British Army Officer Colonel Bradford who heard about a group of lamas who seemed to discover a "Fountain of Youth" while was stationed in India. He heard stories from natives who spoke about these lamas training old men who became strong and vigor after the training training process. After Colonel retired he visited the monastery where the lamas lived. The lamas taught Colonel the Five Tibetan Rites. According to the group of lamas, these exercises can restore the energy of the body and fight aging and disease.
