#11 Rolling With A Field Hockey Ball

If you have been rolling with a lacrosse ball for a while and looking to take it up a notch, the field Hockey Ball is perfect for you.   I learned this tip from Olympian Travis Stevens.  This is a great rolling tool and it feels like a deep tissue massage.  It can be painful but it feels so much better later.  There are various tools for myofascial release and self massage and some of these tools are very expensive.  Lacrosse balls and field hockey balls are probably one of the best if not the best ad they are probably the cheapest tools you can find.  Myofascial release is a great tool to help your recovery.
