#1 A Morning Hydration Tip

One common practice I saw among most health practitioners and athletes is drinking water on an empty stomach first thing after waking up.  This is great for detox and for hydration.  The Japanese are known for practicing this as a popular ritual and they believe  it can cure many diseases.  The Japanese ritual suggest drinking 4 eight ounce glasses of water on an empty stomach before brushing the teeth and waiting 45 minutes before breakfast.  You can brush your teeth once you are done drinking.  They suggest not eating anything for the following 2 hours of breakfast.  This is something I adopted in my daily regimen.  If you can't exactly do this practice I suggest drinking a 8-12 oz of water first thing after waking up.
