I feel like Jack Johnson named one of his songs banana pancakes for reason. They are mad tasty and they put you in a great mood. They can be pretty healthy the way you prepare them. I like to use this as a pre-workout meal. In my opinion, pre-workout meals work different for everyone. In recent interviews Rich Froning stated he doesn't eat much before workouts and on the other hand stated Usain Bolt ate Hash Browns from McDonalds before he won his olympic gold medal.
I think this is something you need to find out your self by trial and error.
Below is my Recipe/Ingredients to my banana pancakes:
- Two Eggs
- 2 Bananas
- 1.5 Cup of Organic Whole Wheat Flour
- 1-2 Cups Of Raspberries (Blueberries, black berries, strawberries can also be added)
- Dark Cocoa Nibs
I basically mix all this together and I use coconut oil to make some pancakes.
