#15 Power Breakfast With Quinoa

I have been eating oatmeal for years for breakfast and it's great but after a while I can only add so many different fruits to flavor it.  A good way to change your routine can be done by substituting your oatmeal with quinoa.  Quinoa is one of the only plant based protein sources that have a full amino acid profile which makes it a complete protein.  It is easy on the digestion and it is a good source of iron, magnesium and riboflavin.  You can add nuts, seeds and various fruits and honey to provide an additional kick of nutrients and antioxidants.
