Steve Maxwell talks about thought control in this video below. Our lives are shaped by the thoughts we have. In order to have positive lives we have to think positive and control our thoughts. Steve Maxwell shares a technique in the video he uses, which is replacing any negative thoughts with 2 or 3 positive thoughts. Steve says he instantly makes 2-3 positive affirmations once he is aware of a negative thought in his mind.
Steve says that we should not think about things that we do not want to happen. Because if we do, sooner or later these things will happen.
Steve suggest that we be aware of thoughts and let them pass through our mind and remove the negative thoughts. Addition to this, Steve states that it is very important that we watch what we say. According to Steve, when we speak of thoughts, we actually give an energy to the thought. Steve calls this the "power of the unspoken word". It is basically energy transforming to different shapes.
