#10 How To Get Deeper Sleep

In video below Kelly Starret discusses his new book along with many other diet and health tips with Dave Asprey.    One cool tip that Kelly shares at 1:01:50 of the video below is about rolling on a massage ball and rolling the gut region before going to bed.  This triggers a parasympathetic response and shuts your mind down instantly and helps you fall a sleep and sleep better.  Kelly also stated in previous videos that ambien is one of the most abused drugs for athletic performance.  This shows how important sleep is.  I will put some more sleep tips in the future to follow up on this one.  Stay tuned.
