This workout is 50 man makers for time. Should be performed in following fashion:
10 reps, 10 reps, 10 reps, 5 reps, 5 reps, 5 reps, 5 reps, with 25 lbs Kettlebells. Record your time to completion and try to beat this PR next time you perform this workout.
I was introduced to this workout by aex olympian olympic lifting coach and it is great workout to go to if you need a quick fast one with minimal equipment. This workout is great for athletes that do a lot of pushing, pulling and changing levels in their sport like Judo, wrestling. Start slow and build up. Feel free to lower the weight if you need to.
I usually finish this workout with a 20-30 minute steady pace row on the concept-2
