4 Rounds Of:

10 Medicine Ball Push Ups with 2 hands on the ball

15 medicine ball cross over push ups

5  Plyometric Push Up with Medicine ball.  

1 Minute of Battle Ropes.  (1st round Alternating Waves , 2nd Round Double Waves,  3rd Jumping Jacks, 4th Power Slams)
